Moving out of my fabulous hardwood cozy apartment and looking for somebody to take over my bedroom in our BEAUTIFUL . . . peaceful, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in quaint Little Italy.

The Location:
The apartment is located in the heart of Little Italy and walking distance to the Medical Center (UIC, Rush, Cook County, VA, et al). It is a beautiful grey-stone walk-up (3rd floor). There are tons of restaurants and you are walking distance to a grocery store, bars and public transportation (Pink line: Polk / Blue line: Racine / Buses #12, #7, #9, #60, etc)

The Apartment:
Great natural light, very clean, hardwood, with washer and dryer in-unit!!!! The bathroom is fabulous! The current roomate has all the living room furniture that will stay (beautiful dining table, couch, etc) and we can coordinate whatever else.

The Room:
Classic Chicago bedroom: hardwood, built-in closet, not giant, but enough for a queen + bookshelf / chest of drawers.

The Current Roomate:
A female medical resident who works many hours (early AM), very respectful, clean and down to earth.
